Leni is 9 years old. When war broke out in Ukraine, Leni was personally affected by the fear and suffering of Ukrainian children. Leni wanted to help and get involved with these children.
Because of this and with the support of Rony Del Mar, she had the idea to produce bracelets with the message "together" followed by the peace symbol under the motto "Kids for Peace".
Leni and her classmates have been diligently making bracelets and have made more than 2100 bracelets in less than three months alongside their daily school routine, which is a remarkable achievement.
The total amount raised from the sale of the bracelets is 21.000 EUR and was on kleine herzen donated to support the 62 little Ukrainian orphans currently living in Burgenland.
Leni, her mother, three of her friends and their parents came to Burgenland to present the symbolic check for 21.000 euros kleine herzen to hand over.
